Whenever sudden disappointments or challenges arise, it is natural to feel out of sorts. Stress impacts all ages and backgrounds. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I desire to live life fully. A meaningful life that helps me cope with stress while continuing to be productive. We all want to experience physical health and a high likelihood of a long-life span.
In our busy world, we rarely get the chance to stop and consider the important drivers of our happiness and our sense of purpose. We’ll explore these big drivers of happiness.
First, enduring happiness comes from human relationships, productive work, and the inspirational elements of life. The key is cultivating and maintaining loving, faithful relationships with other people. Happiness is love. People who have loving relationships seem to thrive, whereas those who do not have, don’t.
Another robust outcome of happiness is the significance of productive human ventures in producing a sense of purpose in life. What makes work meaningful is not the kind of work, but the sense it gives you that you are making your success and helping others.
Lastly, don’t obsess about your haves; manage your wants, instead. Don’t count your possessions like money, power, prestige, romantic interests, or fame. Simply figure out how to increase them; make an account of your worldly cravings and try to decrease them.
